Senior Project Manager – Media Bridge

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
Full-Time | $80,000-$85,000/yr.
Big Ideas Deserve Flawless Execution. That’s Where You Come In.

Media Bridge is a bold, people-first advertising agency based in Minneapolis, MN, where media buying meets creative brilliance to help brands grow—and win big. We’re on the lookout for a passionate, driven, and collaborative Senior Project Manager to join our team.

You’ll be the operational heartbeat of a dedicated client team (alongside a Brand Manager and Marketing Coordinator), owning the execution of everything from one-off creative projects to large, integrated omnichannel campaigns. Think media, strategy, creative, digital, and more—if it moves, you’ll be leading it.

This is the role for someone who thrives on collaboration, clarity, and getting things done right—and who’s ready to step into a fast-paced, agency environment where no two days are the same.

At Media Bridge, we don’t just talk values—we live them. We Build the Bridge by fostering real connections with each other and our clients. We Go for Extraordinary by dreaming big, staying curious, and never settling for “good enough.” And we Got You—because we believe work should be a place where you feel supported, trusted, and safe to be exactly who you are.

Our culture is fun, fast-moving, and full of heart. We celebrate what makes each person unique and are deeply committed to creating an inclusive, equitable workplace where everyone feels like they belong. We’re a no-BS, results-driven team who believes in doing great work, being good humans, and having a darn good time while we’re at it.

If you love what you do, thrive in a professional-yet-relaxed environment, and want to grow by helping others grow, you just might be our kind of people.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight & Execution

    • Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and internal processes.

    • Develop comprehensive project plans, set clear milestones, and hold teams accountable to deadlines.

    • Ensure seamless project setup, including financial tracking, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.

    • Work collaboratively with internal teams to scope and manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.

  • Collaboration & Team Management

    • Serve as the key operational lead within the assigned client team (Brand Manager & Marketing Coordinator).

    • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring smooth communication and execution of deliverables.

    • Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks, keeping all stakeholders informed.

  • Process & Efficiency Improvement

    • Own and continuously optimize internal workflows, Asana project management, and best practices.

    • Ensure adherence to agency-wide processes while identifying opportunities for operational improvements.

    • Provide regular status updates, financial reports, timelines, and forecasting.

    • Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met.

IDEAL BACKGROUND

  • 5-8 years of project management experience in an agency environment, specifically working on omnichannel marketing campaigns.

  • Strong experience managing digital & traditional media and creative projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience (PMP certification is a plus).

  • Expertise in project management methodologies, Google Suite, Asana, and resource planning.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and lead within a team structure.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Proactive problem-solver with high emotional intelligence, adaptability, and accountability.

We know that research shows women, people of color, and other historically excluded groups may hesitate to apply if they don’t meet every single qualification. At Media Bridge, we Build the Bridge to opportunity by embracing diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. If this role excites you and you’re thinking, “I could totally do this,” we want to hear from you—even if you don’t check every box. Passion, potential, and alignment with our values matter just as much as experience.

ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE

We believe in the power of collaboration—and that some of the best ideas come from being in the room together. For this role, in-person presence at our North Loop office in Minneapolis is required on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional weekday of your choice. Most Fridays are remote, and once you're fully onboarded, we’re open to adding another remote day during the week.

We also get that some days are just better spent at home in your comfiest hoodie, so we offer flexibility when needed. Oh—and if you’re coming into the office, we’ve got you: Media Bridge covers the cost of parking on required in-office days.
